Christine is a master’s student in the department of experimental medicine at the University of British Columbia working under the supervision of Dr. Emily Brigham and Dr. Jessica Dennis. Her current research is focused on the interplay between genetic susceptibility to environmental exposures and their consequential effects on respiratory health and disease. She aims to uncover genetic deficiencies in early childhood to better protect and prevent the development of respiratory diseases throughout the life course.
